Rachel Catherine Patt
Rachel Catherine Patt is a Mary Seeger O’Boyle postdoctoral research fellow at the Seeger Center for Hellenic Studies, Princeton University. She received her B.A. from Stanford in Classics, her M.A. from the Courtauld Institute of Art, and her Ph.D. from Emory University in Art History with a focus on the Roman world. Her research is broadly interested in arts that fall outside the trio of painting, sculpture, and architecture in the Roman Empire and Late Antiquity with a particular emphasis on luxury, materiality, and scale.
