Frank Vermeulen

Frank Vermeulen is professor in Roman archaeology and archaeological method at Ghent University (Belgium) and research director at the University of Evora (Portugal). His research focuses on the archaeology of landscapes, with an emphasis on Mediterranean environments and the Roman empire and a concentration on the development of geoarchaeological methodology and fieldwork.
