Alexandra Alexandridou is currently a postdoctoral researcher (F.R.S.-FNRS) at the Université libre de Bruxelles. She completed her D.Phil. thesis at the University of Oxford, and she has taught Greek archaeology courses as a visiting lecturer at Greek and other European universities. She uses pottery as a tool for the study of Early Iron Age and Archaic-period Greek society. She studies ceramic material from different sites and contexts, including the Sanctuary of Despotiko on Antiparos and the settlement of Kephala on Skiathos, while participating at the excavation of both sites.
