Nicholas G. Blackwell

Nicholas Blackwell received his Ph.D. in classical and Near Eastern archaeology from Bryn Mawr College in 2011 and currently serves as the assistant director of the American School of Classical Studies at Athens. An archaeologist with field experience in Greece and Cyprus, his research focuses on metal tools, stone cutting, metallurgy, and interaction within and between the Aegean, Cypriot, Anatolian, and Levantine worlds during the Bronze Age.
